On July 14, 1987, Matrix Group of Companies was incorporated with the primary purpose of engaging in corporate asset management for corporations, associations and other entities.

Leading to the venture of security of our clients with the inception of matrix security as the leading agency during the 90's.

Company History

MATRIX CORPORATE SECURITY & GENERAL SERVICES, INC. (MCSGSI) was established on July 14, 1987, with Engr. Jose R. Simeon as the first Chairman and Brig. Gen. Rodolfo R. Tolentino, AFP (Ret) as the inaugural President.

In 1997, MCSGSI relocated to its new office situated at Consolidated Matrix, Inc. Building, 315 Commonwealth Avenue (corner Tandang Sora Avenue), Diliman, Quezon City.

A significant milestone in the company's 13-year history occurred when it was recognized as one of the "TEN MOST OUTSTANDING PRIVATE SECURITY AGENCIES" for the year 2000 by the PNP Civil Security Group.

The authorized capital stock of MCSGSI stands at Php 25 Million, as amended on January 8, 2021, under the name MATRIX CORPORATE SECURITY SERVICES, INC., as amended on September 03, 2013.
